As a group of four, we were given the program of an open air pavilion to provide places to both sit and stand, places to gather a large group of 10 or less and places to observe and reflect. We designed the pavilion with both function and form - taking advantage of its wood construction. My role within the project was helping in the original design processes, the generation of details, and diagramming the architectural and environmental concept.
